Attendance at meetings
The football section meets the last Thursday of each month.
Every team must have a representative at the meeting. If this is not possible, an apology must be given in advance.
If any team fails to do this, a £10 fine will be imposed.
A discipline hearing will follow if any team misses three meetings in one season (September to September). This may eventually lead to withdrawal of playing facilities for that team.
